All good things must come to an end...and so must the bad things too. This is the final installment of my three part blog on my reactions to the OT when the entire saga is viewed in chronological order. Sorry it took so long to get out, but some family stuff came up and then I decided to wait until it was on tv again so that it would all be fresher in my mind.

And because jk will ask, there are no ROTJ SW Lego pictures. Sorry.

Oh, we are finally going to get to see Palpy again. Do you think he's aged any?

Hmmm....a second Death Star. I wonder if they learned there lesson and changed the exhaust port?

R2 and 3PO are back on Tatooine. Again. What's their attraction to the place? And where is everyone else?

Luke's grown up a little. It will be interesting to see if his powers have grown as well.

How could they spend all that time with Jabba and there not be any mention of pod racing??? And I wonder if Jabba remembers the Skywalker name?

I guess Luke's powers have grown, but he still has a lot to learn about lightsaber fighting.

Ohhh......we are going to get to see Yoda again. Maybe he and Palpy will get to have a redo showdown.

Ick. Palpy. The one person I haven't missed.

Yoda doesn't look so good. I guess he won't be joining Luke in the final showdown.

Interesting conversation about the Skywalker family. And Luke is going to finally find out about Leia. It's about time.

And I see Obi-Wan's outlook of Anakin's eventual fate hasn't changed.

Luke did get something from Padme. They both know that DV still has some good in him. It's too bad that he doesn't know those were her final words.

I guess they did change the exhaust port. They made it bigger so that an entire ship could get through it. How smrt of them.

The A-Wings really look like Jedi starfighters.

In the throne room, what are those two circular things? They look like some type of console but there is no way for anyone to get in the middle to use them.


So Vader and Luke are going to meet again. I realize Luke will win (he is the good guy after all), but the question is will he kill his father or not?

Random thought (okay, so it's not the first one in this blog, sue me)- which is faster, a speeder or a pod-racer? Because it seems to me that the speeders are faster, but Anakin is supposedly the only human to ever fly a pod-racer, so you would think that would make the speeder slower, because otherwise humans wouldn't have the reaction time necessary to fly them.

I guess in addition to being strong in the Force, the Skywalker family is also strong in their piloting ability.

I wonder why Palpy can't sense Luke? Obi-Wan or Yoda interfering from the beyond?

More teddy bears. And they're worshiping 3PO. They obviously don't know him very well, do they?

Where did they find clothing that fast and in Leia's size?

Luke and Leia are talking about Padme!!!! How can Leia remember her when she died a few minutes after Leia was born? (and no smart aleck remarks- you know if this applies to you)

And now Leia knows about the family connection. Why does Leia want Luke to run away? That isn't very Padme of her.

I think you can see glimpses of Anakin trying to come through. He obviously has his doubts about turning Luke. I wonder if he is thinking even more about how Palpy must have lied to him about Padme's death.

Do you think Palpy plans are to kill Vader as soon as Luke is turned? Or maybe that Luke will kill him like Anakin killed Dooku?

So here is where Palpy is going wrong in his quest to turn Luke. With Anakin, he wisely chose times when Padme and Obi-Wan weren't around so Anakin had no one to turn to, but he didn't attack them. With Luke, of course it's not going to go Palpy's way. He is hurting Luke's friends. And even if Luke strikes out in anger, he still won't come over to Palpy's side. Luke just doesn't have the power issues that Anakin did.

A father-son fight. This should be interesting.

Good for Luke. He's not letting Vader goad him into anything. Until the comment about Leia, but that's what happens when you threaten family.

Come on Anakin!!! Prove Padme and Luke right!!!

Anakin did it!!! He killed Palpy!!!!! Three episodes too late, but he finally did it.

Cool. An A-Wing took down an SSD. That is very impressive.

We get to see what's under the mask. This should be interesting. Not quite how I would have pictured Anakin.

So is Anakin's body still in the suit or Luke just burning the suit? Nevermind, he's a blue glowy ghost. I guess that means only the suit is being burned.

Obi-Wan, Yoda, and Anakin together again.
