Hello everyone!

Since we had yet another bus delay due to snow, I have taken some time to finally get on here again! It feels like ages!

Anyways, as I said in my last blog, The New Essential Chronology, I just bought the NEC, and that I loved it. Well, I was reading it the day after I got it, and I came across one entry that surprised me. It said, "It is unclear how Palpatine fell under the mentorship of the Sith Lord Darth Plagueis..."

Wasn't this supposed to be a secret? I thought GL wanted all of us fans to figure it out on our own! So many people posted blogs on this subject, and all along, it was in the NEC, which was published in '05?!

I always did believe that Palps was telling the truth when he told Ani about Plagueis, but I thought it was great that there was an element of mystery within the saga. I think that's partly why people were so drawn to it in the first place. (Not that I'd know, I was born far after the originals... ). I liked the fact that something fairly major was hidden from us. Now that's not true any more.

I am happy that I know the truth, don't get me wrong, but it's kind of disappointing. I'm not sure if I'm making any sense, but I know what I'm saying, and I hope you get it.
