Truly Wonderful, the Mind of a Child Is...

Darth ___, IMDB, and the Wii
Hello everyone!

I've been having some troubles coming up with topics lately, so this entry will be a bit of a mish-mash of random stuff, like my last entry. (If anyone has some topics I could use, it would be much appreciated!)

:p

I figured I should say something about the Darth Who contest. Having not read NJO or Legacy (yet), I don't fully understand Jacen's situation. Nevertheless, I think the finalist names are okay. I can't complain, as I wasn't smart enough to come up with a suitable name myself, but I think there could have been some more menacing (for lack of a better word) names. I voted for Darth Acheron (which comes from a Greek word pertaining to the Underworld). But I would like for Taral to win (I forget what this means at the moment, but I found it very clever at the time). For what it's worth, I think any name there will work well. Karen Travis (who is writing Sacrifice) will work the name in amazingly... even if it's not the best name.

:D

I was randomly looking around imdb.com when I found the original SW's page. It's got some pretty interesting stuff there. There are some really cool b&w pictures, along with some trivia and actor bios. I thought it was pretty cool, even though everything there I pretty much knew already.

B-)

I went to a Wii party last night (yes, that's right, a Wii party) with a bunch of my friends (six of us, to be more precise - if you ever read this guys, hiya!!!). The Wii is the most amazing thing ever. It's the coolest thing (besides SW, of course). The movements are so realistic, and you can really get a work-out from it (especially from the boxing!).

As I was playing the baseball, and I was up to bat, I couldn't help thinking what a great SW game could come out of this system! Here's my vision:
They could make the Ultimate Lightsaber Duel Collection. They could include all the movie duels, in single or multiplayer modes, and they could include freeplay where you just fight random people. With the motion-sensor technology the system uses, you could actually fight, which would be one of the coolest things ever. (As some of you know, I'm not a gamer, but I could make an exception for a game like the one I described.)

:)

Well, that's enough for one day. I'll try to come up with some good blog topics, but any help would be appreciated (my mind is just not working greatly in this depardment as of late).

May the Force be with You, and Happy 30th Anniversary!

I got a Wii for Christmas and love it. I have Zelda and it is so much fun. I love it. The names for Jacen are okay. I don;t hate nor love them. I only read Betrayal. I have Bloodlines. But I stopped to star fron the very bginning. Starting with Bane which rocked. Anyway nice blog.

This kind of stuff is the best kind of blog - just your thoughts. It doesn't have to be an essay contest!

I would actually consider getting a Wii myself if they came out with a "lightsaber series". That would rock, although I can foresee the rate of Wii remote related accidents rising :p

For now, I just befriend people with Wiis or who have friends with one :D
