Hello everyone!

So this isn't SW-related, and I apologize (kinda ), however I really needed to post this somewhere, because I am really, really proud of myself and all my fellow choiristers in the Amabile Boys Choirs.

On Wednesday night, this choir - in which this is my first year singing in -, made up of mostly high school students (all guys, by the way) competed in the CBC Choral Competition (this is Canadian, just to remind you...). We sang two songs on live-to-air radio, and I was so elated with how we did. I think we sang the best we have all year (which is all I can vouch for, as I just started). We were awarded first prize, making us the top (for I don't like to say best) youth male choir in Canada!

We were all so happy, and I am so proud of all of us. I'm pretty sure nobody else in the group is a blogger (or a SW fan, for that matter), but if any of you guys ever read this, CONGRATS and great job!!

We head off this summer for the Czech Republic for 2.5 weeks to sing in a male choral festival, where we will sing with such prestigeous choirs as Chor Leoni, Boni Pueri, and possibly even the Vienna Boys Choir. (Although most of you have probably never heard of these choirs, anyone into choral music will have.

Anywho, I just wanted to tell everyone here about our accomplishment, because I am unbelievably proud to be a part of such an amazing organization and group of young men.
