They're doing it to us again!
So much for automatically renewing my club membership!

The Official Fan Club and Star Wars Insider are parting ways, just in time to muck things up for Celebration! I have no idea why Lucasfilm decided to farm out the Insider, except to perhaps gear it more toward a t.v. audience, and Titan has experience with both SW and television. *Shrug.*

I think my Hyperspace membership is up in June, but I will probably renew before Celebration IV just to be on the safe side.

They promise there won't be any mixups or chaos with these changes but I've been in this racket long enough to know better!

But I'm pretty sure we'll still be able to buy Hyperspace and SW Insider subscriptions together if we want. It will just cost a little more for the package - am I right?

I read this today. Kind of confusing. I think the Hyperspace membership is going to be $14.95 and the Insider subcription before CIV is $24.95. After that it costs $29.95. So before CIV the whole package is just about the same and after CIV it's $5 bucks more..something like that.

I too will I renew membership before May so as to avoid any confusion with my CIV passes. :D

Oh oh.

I hope everything does go smoothly. Where did you read all this? Right here? I'm so behind the times.

Means nothing to me. Us Brits never got Insider as part of the subscription anyway, and Titan have always produced the UK Official Star Wars magazine, which is a complete rip from Insider, only 2 months older.

So for the Brits among us, business as usual.
