Star Wars...just a little, only a lot...and then some. Times 2!

My fun day yesterday
So I guess this is a little "who am I?" I'm from Wisconsin, and I live about 1 1/2 hours away from Wisconsin Dells, which is the waterpark capital of the world, and also boasts America's largest waterpark, Noah's Ark Waterpark. About the only good part of Wisconsin (not a fan of my home state). So, as part of annual tradition, I went to Noah's Ark with two of my friends. Always a good time, no matter what happens during the day. We checked out the new ride, Time Warp, which according to the site is the largest family bowl ride in the world (Noah's Ark has a lot of World's Best/Biggest/Longest...). Good ride, but not as much fun as I expected. Went through some of the rivers, then got murdered in the wave pools. The best rides are always saved for last though. Black Anaconda is the longest watercoaster in the US...lots of fun. New last year too. I couldn't wait to do the Plunge and Point of No Return though. On the Plunge, you go headfirst down and you literally are flying on the ride. Point of No Return...not for those afraid of heights...it's 10 stories (yes you read that right) high and takes less than 5 seconds to get down. I LOVE IT!!! The last ride you always do is Flash Flood...and you ride it at least 3 times, and stand on the bridge and get knocked out (in more ways than one..ladies, I think you know what I mean; ). After the park, we went out for drinks and I died on the way home...good thing I wasn't driving!

So that was my fun day yesterday...and I didn't even get burnt (I'm really bad about wearing sunscreen...and I burn easily too)!

So I guess I'll talk SW now. There isn't a day that goes by when SW doesn't cross my mind...which doesn't bother me. My whole life is starting to get wrapped around all that is SW. When I moved away to school, I had to change my phone plan because the carrier I had didn't reach that far. I picked Cingular because of their Star Wars thing. So I now own the Official Star Wars cell phone, with the Episode III faceplates (and I got them free I might add)...only cause it has HC on it. My background, screensaver...are all Anakin from E3. My ringtone...Cantina Band (was Imperial March b4). I've got so many E3 posters that I've run out of room for them, and I still need posters from all the other eps. I have 2...yes 2 calendars...both Star Wars. Now I'm collecting the books. My computer...all Star Wars. What's next I don't know...but I'm definately excited for the rest of it to come. Long blog today...but that's okay...I love to write. Hopefully soon I'll start my very own fan-fiction...now if only I could find a good topic that hasn't already been covered......
Anyways, I think I'm actually done now.

Good Night and MTFBWY

MY ring tones were originally Binary Sunset then Cantina band and now Imperial March. I have to say I haven't known anyone else who has a SW ringtone. I always know when its my phone ringing.

Hmm, almost all of my ringtones are SW, and they're programmed for different people so I know who's calling. There are only a couple of mine that aren't SW. It's fun!

I agree, Mina, cute blog! :)

Cute blog

Well thank you both...and the addiction that is SW has been there...lurking for years, ever since my parents showed me the OT when I was like, 5 or so. And now...it has exploded.

I have quite a few SW ringstones myself and constantly change them. My girls always ask me to "name that episode or who's theme is that"? I have a razor phone and the original SW theme is like I have an orchestra in my hand, that's how clear it sounds. I love it. Also have a R2 cell phone charm & SW wallpaper. I'm hooked as Mina says. I guess it's contagious.B-)
