What's your favorite "Star Wars" reference?

Mine comes from "Family Guy". It's from the one where Peter get's penis envy from seeing Chris nude, so he decides to buy a gun and join the gun club. They show the shooting gallery, and one of the guys they show is a Stormtrooper, whose target is a standee of Luke with a lightsaber. I think we all know what kind of joke they're gonna make next.
