Droideka Major Flaw
I was looking over a droideka's parts in the Visual Guide book, and I noticed something that could be a serious impedement to the droideka. It did not have any sort of vocabulator. Wouldn't that be a major flaw? Imagine this, a couple of droideka infilitrate a republic facility, and destroy everyone in it. With no vocabulator they would not be able to tell their superiors the area was secure.

Because of how quickly they can travel in wheel form you would think that they would be great scouts. If they make it back to their superiors they wouldn't be able to tell them what they saw.

Another major flaw is that the way the legs are configured it does not look like they would be able to climb up stairs. The only way they would be able to do this would be to go very slowly and move one leg at a time slightly offsetting the droid with every step. I suppose they could roll down stairs, but going up them would be very difficult.

Although the droideka is a powerful droid that even Jedi fear, these small flaws make them a little less powerful. Fixing these would make the droideka much more formidable. I thank you for reading this letter.
