There are 2 days to go before the big move to Vegas and I am overwhelmed by the show of support from sw.com and PLB friends! What an amazing thing. There are flesh & blood people who live within a 2 mile radius of me that don't show as much support as you guys do. I had one sw.com friend actually offer to drive over here and help me pack! I mean, where else in the world can you meet people like this?

I want to thank everyone for their well wishes. My son & I embark on our trip on Saturday morning. We pick up my brother at the train station then continue westward to Vegas. I'm guessing we'll be traveling 600 miles a day with the little one. We have borrowed a portable DVD player from my future sister-in-law-in-law (in case you didn't catch that, she's my brother's fiancee's sister!) and of course I packed all 6 Star Wars movies PLUS the two volumes of Clone Wars.

I am bringing my computer with me. Actually basing the rest of my packing on fitting the computer in the trunk! How pathetic is that? Well, my excuse is that my resumes & website files are all on this computer so I need that with me just in case job opportunities spring up. The real reason of course is so that I can get back to sw.com as quickly as possible!

I will be back online hopefully next Thursday (May 18th) in one way shape or form! If you see a little tiny twi'leck walking across your screen, banging on the glass begging to be let out, you'll know that my Lawnmowerman nightmare finally came true.

VEGAS BABY!!!!
