Consider this a PSA. Or advice from an elder. Or just 'take it from me.'
Get your wisdom teeth out early. Like, if possible, earlier than this Friday at 1 pm.
I'd write more, but I think that pretty much sums it up.

Good luck. When I had my wisdom teeth out I actually punched the dentist (or whatever the official title is for whoever pulls those babies out). It's the only time in my life I've ever been violent, and it's only because I was very heavily medicated!

ow. i fell your pain. just hope to your god(s) that they dont break your teeth when they are pulling them out. and dont i repeat dont go down any stairs that day(unless your an olympic gymnist gold medal winner) without someone who can pick you up off the floor. if your lucky they might give the stuff that gives you amnesia of the whole thing.i dont remember what its called because of that. and even if you think the drugs have worn off they probably have not. good luck.

Having your wisdom teeth pulled out isn't always a painful experience. I've heard that sometimes the dentist can just sort of pop them out, depending on the situation. Of course, I'm not writing from my own experience, but at least there's hope...I guess.

Already done! I got mine out at age 18!
But my dad... he got them out only a few years ago. He is 50 now. So yeah, be greatful you are not him. That is pretty late.
It was so funny when he came home all drugged up.

Wow, you have shockingly good timing with this post... I've just been yelled at by my dentist that I'm long overdue for the same.

Ah, I feel your pain. I got all four taken out at once when I was...hm...18 or 19, I think. Not a fun experience, especially since I woke up in the middle of the operation! Obviously, I still didn't feel anything, but it's a weird experience to be wide awake while people are cutting teeth out of your head.
Oh, you probably didn't need to hear that... Well, at least it'll be over with soon.

Thanks for all the kind words. Recovering now. The process itself is a breeze. I was knocked out cold, didn't feel a thing. It's the hours after the surgery that are the real ordeal, though I'm already starting to come around.
