Chewbacca!!!

What's not to love about the huge protective and loyal wookiee friend! In the following is my opinion on this amazing wookiee co-pilot who helped restore freedom and democracy to that galaxy far far away.

When Chewie first blasted onto screen in 1977 he was just a strange monkey looking creature who seemed to be just as much a scum as Han Solo. But just like his smooth, smuggling co-pilot Chewbacca clearly had a heart of gold. Chewbacca is perfect proof of how big people may look intimidating and heartless but really suprise you with all of their caring.

Besides, what's cooler than a giant hairy creature who can fly space ships and carries a blaster?. In Empire Strikes Back I was amazed at how protective and loving Chewie was. The way he cared about Princess Leia, Han, and Luke, I always found to be one of Chewies greatest qualities.

In Return of the Jedi he again proved to be a loyal friend and helped the rebellion happily defeat the Empire and the 2nd Death Star. Way to go Chewie!

In short, big hairy wookiee pals will always be awesome... I wish i had one
