We Saw It.

What did I think?

And how was my midnight showing experiance?

Ok, I arrived at the theater a little before 3 pm. Then the wait began, i befriended a few people in the line and the anticipation built. luckily i was one of the first 20 in line and found myself dueling for the pesky news crews. we got into the theater at 10 and found our seats. we sat, sat, tried to sleep, and sat. Then at 12:01 am..... commercials and previews!!!! lol, of course later it got quiet and the words "a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away...." popped on screen. It was here! Then it hit me that this was it. 2 hours later i found myself missing some of the things i was anticipating. Where was the rebel alliance formation and mon mothma! Some scenes i felt a little ripped, but i still got the emotion from it. I was still excited to see it, but it is very different from the others. Today I saw it again and let me tell you, it was MUCH better the 2nd time around. The more I see it the more I'm sure I will appreciate it... and maybe an extended version for DVD....
