After reading a blog yesterday that referred to Obi-Wan Kenobi's rank at the end of Episode III, I felt compelled to examine the ranks of some various Jedi. In my un-ending attempt to end the absurdity of these forums, I have compiled a list of some of the most important and favorable Jedi and the rank they had in each movie. This compilation includes PT Jedi only, as they were the basis of questioning in the afor mentioned blog.

Please note that Obi-Wan Kenobi abdicated his title of Jedi Master after his battle with Anakin Skywalker (Darth Vader). He felt that his failure with Anakin didn't justify the title of Master and he lived the rest of his life as a Jedi Knight.
