Friday!

Off to Target to get household things. And to check out the Star Wars toys, of course. I still haven't bought a Darth Tater. That's really the only one I really want. That, and a Zett Jukasa figure. Cause Jett is the coolest, and his character kicks ###.

In food related news, today was my first day back in the kitchen since Tuesday. I've been out on jury duty, and I'll be out again on Monday. But I cooked today, and made a super-fantastic chicken noodle soup. I'm not very modest about my cooking.

I've been getting more excited about cooking lately. I kind of go through phases, and right now is a go go cooking phase. I admit I've been a bit lazy as a home cook lately. But I want to change that. There are a bunch of good farmer's markets in my area, and I need to take advantage of them.

Lately, I've been craving salad, and lots of vegetables. I'm looking forward to fresh green beans, which are my favorite. And tomatoes. Out of season tomatoes are the worst, inedible in my opinion. But when they start coming in--heaven. The little grape ones are my current fave.
