Darth Vader was a lot of things to a lot of beings in the GFFA: the Emperor's fearsome enforcer, mysterious Sith Lord and yes, even a boss, responsible for commanding those who served the Empire. Given his propensity for terminating his underlings rather hastily, I'm pretty sure his staff positions were not always filled. It makes one wonder (well, I wonder, anyway) how the Empire would advertise for positions that would be working closely with Vader. Can you picture it?

Immediate opening: Prestigious position of Admiral on Darth Vader's flagship, the Executor.
Qualifications: technological savvy; impeccable leadership skills; personal and professional discipline; ability to learn very quickly; ability to think creatively; ability to remain calm and focused in life-and-death situations (especially when occurring right next to you); unquestioning and unwavering loyalty to the Empire and its strategic goal of galactic domination.
Must demonstrate flawless efficiency and productivity in a tense, high turn-around environment. Must be able to assess perfect timing for exiting Hyperspace when attacking the Rebellion. Must possess eagle-eye for spotting wayward A-wing fighters. Prior record of suppressions and arrests under candidate's command preferred.
Reports to: Lord Darth Vader, the Emperor's right-hand man/machine. Lord Vader maintains an authoritarian, zero-tolerance work environment and enjoys a formal, closed-door, business-only relationship with his staff. He is quick to implement new ways to motivate his subordinates. Lord Vader's current priority is locating the Rebel scum who destroyed the Death Star.
Upon hire, the incumbent will immediately be cross-trained, as he may be required to assume his superior's duties at a moment's notice.
Performance review: one-time only.
Salary: not open to negotiation
Benefits: promotion from within
Proponents of democracy, freedom, individuality and social tolerance need not apply.
