Just a bit of nostalgia...I discovered a radio station that plays all retro of various styles: disco, alternative, etc. It's great variety, and you never know what to expect. Listening to the station in the car tonight, I heard a blast from the past...the STAR WARS THEME-DISCO VERSION! I don't know if you "younglings" out there have ever heard this-it's the main theme mixed with a disco beat with the cantina theme at the end, also done as disco. Hearing that really took me back in time! I don't remember much of popular culture in the late '70s; I was only 6 years old when ANH came out, but it shows what an impact it made, that it would even invade the disco scene! How do you dance to something like that?
