Well, I finally watched Star Wars Clone Wars last weekend. I went out, rented it, made popcorn, and watched it. It did not disappoint. I did seem to have trouble getting into it at the beginning, the feel of it is quite different from any of the other films. What was with that weird recap thing right at the beginning? But by the time they were one their way to rescue Jabba's son, I was definitely into it. Those walkers climbing straight up the cliff! I don't know why but I found that part particularly dramatic. Did anyone else find the battle droids hilarious? I found Ventress quite intriguing but her head is shaped funny. As those of you, who may have been following my blogs, would know that I had a little trouble accepting the whole thing of Jedi training padawans before they're masters, but the whole situation between Anikan and Ahsoka worked and I like her character. She holds her lightsaber different than usual - upside down, I thought that was interesting, it added to her character.
So all in all, I was quite pleased, and I will begin catching up with the episodes as soon as I can.
