CLONE WARS countdown and buddy icons!

Hey!!!!!

I know I haven't been around much lately....I've actually carried out some serious neglect of Star Wars in the last few months....been really busy with parties and new friends.

BUT I'm getting back on track! Not only am I hellbent on making sure all my new friends have seen Star Wars, but I also updated my Star Wars website for the first time in, like, half a year (gasp!).

Since the big, awesome news lately seems to be the announcement of the new CG-animated Clone Wars series's THEATER DEBUT, I've created a countdown to August 15th! Check it out!

I'm also continuing the honored Yoda's Datapad tradition of providing free buddy icon/avatar downloads, with a new batch of icons of characters from the new Clone Wars series! Icons sized for AOL Instant Messenger (48 x 48) are here, and icons sized for MSN/Windows Messenger (96 x 96) are here. Of course, these are just regular JPG files, so they'll work for a lot of other purposes too. So if you've been wanting to show your instant messaging friends how cool you are by using a Clone Wars character (Ahsoka, anyone?) to represent yourself online, or if you just like to collect small square graphics, head on over to Yoda's Datapad!

Hopefully, if I can get my servos in gear, I'll have more updates to the site coming up.

I think I might need to adjust the contrast on some of them though....they look fine on my laptap, but I was looking at them on a mac in the university computer lab, and some of them look kind of washed out....

date Posted: Feb 27, 2008 10:22 AM I've got my countdown to August 15th going as well. I'm looking forward to two movies this year: Indy IV and Clone Wars. I'm taking half a day off work on the release date for each to catch them in the theaters.
