I See Dead Rodians...
It's officially Monday, so it's time for the next installment!

Greedo's HAN-ting #7!

It's a two-panel strip, I know. It's for pacing purposes, I gotta divide up my script somehow and sometimes, I just don't have enough room to cram everything in. That and a third panel would chop up what I wanna do with strip #8. Also... most of the time was spent drawing, redrawing, redrawing, and redrawing Leia's face over and over. I got it to the point that it was soooooo close to being perfect that I moved onto the next panel and left it alone.

I also ended up giving myself a hellish headache from it, hence why Greedo didn't get the usual amount of attention to detail as I usually would give 'im. Next time, though... I'm not gonna obsess so much with trying to get Leia's likeness so perfect.

Wow, I seriously need to write some other regular blog entries. My theory entries kinda dwindled to zilch. o.o

I actually read the strip before reading your blog about it, and the first thought that crossed my mind was "hey, that's a really well-drawn Leia!" So your hard work paid off. (Not in money, alas.)

Ooh! Looks like we're about to get an explanation for Greedo's delayed haunting of Han! I admit, I wasn't expecting this strip to be quite so complex... I figured it would mostly be some random slapstick gags with the ghost of Greedo and Han. You're doing a great job, Trak Nar!

This is gonna be good. Gahmah knows it.

Gahmah's guessing Greedo wants his jacket back, and we don't know if Han still has it.

Well, seeing as how I've tossed in references to Star Wars Tales, then this may come up after this initial storyarc.

Heh, well I plan to throw in a coupla slapstick gags, though they're not really my forte. Storyarcs are just much easier to work with and divide into three-panel strips.

Leia is surprisingly difficult to draw. Looks like that hour or so of work was worth it! ^^;

I don't suppose any artists out there would have any nice tips and tricks on drawing Leia?
