Well it has been a while since I have actually wrote an entry in my blog and it has also been a while since I have even thought about star wars. A punsihment who's penalty should be an all day marathon of the star wars series and a nice good long blog entry. Frankly I don't have them time to actually post an essay (which I have nothing agaisnt) but right now this very instent I want to talk about my good friend Ben Skywalker.
Cause me and him you know we are very good budies and all. So I was reading the latest entry in the Legacy of the Force series and I was disapointed by a few things. I was mad that Lumiya hadn't finally died and I was mad about Ben's slowing converting lifestyle. You'll notice that as the book goes on he begins to reconsider his new lifestyle and how he is acting. And the birthday message from his parents was what seemed to be the final straw. However after he got into the sith ship he began to change once again and by the end of the novel it appears that he is even ####her along the path to the darkside then ever.
This leads me to ask the question of whether or not he will enter the darkside or not and then what will eventually turn him back if he does turn back?
I think that Ben will continue to follow Jacen and Luke will finally lose control of him and will have no control over what Ben does. He will then begin his turn to the darkside however the loss of a close and personal friend will change his mind and reveal Jacen's plot. Maybe Ben will be Jacen' eventuall undoing.
Or maybe Ben dies along with Jacen when Mara Jade has to make a life and death situation that saves Luke and the rest of the Solos from certain death. Who knows?
