October--went into a local library and bought the hardcover book club edition of STAR WARS...From the Adventures of Luke Skywalker (1st print, Dec. 1976) for $1, I have seen the same book in the exact condition in antique stores for $24.95

December--went into the same library and saw THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK hardcover book club edition (1980, first print) and paid another $1

"Don't under estimate the power of the library".

They also had EU books, but those are icky (sorry).
