 | I Wish Stooge Would Come Back |
Well, it's been about two weeks or so since Stooge took his break. It feels like six months.
All this has me thinking: we CANNOT let Stooge ever stop blogging. Just when I think I've read the last joke someone come possibly make out of Star Wars characters or situations he comes up with another: and he does this everyday!
I think we need to organize a scholarship for Stooge so that he will always have money to renew his blog. Then, it wouldn't hurt if we gave him a grant, so that times like this NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN. With a grant, he could pay someone to re-post an old blog of his so that we would never be completely Stooge-less when he does take a break/vacation/personal day/sick time.
It's really strange to come here and see the first top five blogs and four of them aren't Stooge's.
Stooge, if you're out there, I hope you come back soon. Don't be like E. T. and only come back in a Special Edition of the same movie. Come back for a sequel!
THANKS!

Maybe we could levy a "Stooge Tax" on our Hyperspace subscriptions. Everyone pays an extra couple cents for Hyperspace and, in exchange, Stooge gets a free Hyperspace membership. ...Or, LFL could just hire him to do a 2009 Star Wars Joke-a-Day Calendar.

Yes. I think LFL should simply employ him. Except then maybe things like Jar Jar jokes would be a no no.

Im actually suprise Stooge hasnt been offered employment. He could be like Star Wars's next Santa or Mother Teresa or Ronald McDonald.

He could ask to write his own jokebook for them. I remember reading an article about some factbook written by a kid. Or we could ask his boss to let him have the next eternity off with pay to stay here with us. All the while we are programming a robot to take over his position when that day comes.

Meh, he's over-rated.
I heard he stole all of his jokes from a cracker factory in Birmingham.
I also checked out his MySpace page and he has 'dog-kicking' listing as a past time.

Whoa, I didn't know Stooge took a break. Darn. I haven't been on here in a few weeks, so I haven't been up to date.
Well, hopefully he'll come back soon.

Me neither. I have trouble posting two or three jokes each month.
He could be like Star Wars's next Santa or Mother Teresa or Ronald McDonald.
I could really see him as Ronald McDonald. Best of all, he'd serve us all hamburgers for free!

My no. Did I open a Pandora's box? I can already feel the corporation taking over.
I encourage everyone to DREAM SMALL. I just want Stooge back and writing jokes on this blog site. From the sounds of some of you, you're ready to give him a cameo as Salicious Crumb's cousin in "The Clone Wars". While I'm not trying to keep that popularity from Stooge, life has taught me that when something transforms to something else, it's no longer what it used to be. Meaning: I want Stooge back writing jokes, not flying through hyperspace or dusting crops.

Here's an idea, while he's out, we should all try our hand at coming up with a joke for a day. We could all put our names in a hat, have someone draw the names and then release a list of who's coming up each day. Who knows, maybe we can still have some humorous fun while he's gone?
I can take Limerick Friday of this week, since that tends to be my niche. Who's with me? Let's show Stooge just how much his humor is appreciated!!

Yeah, if this were a school Stooge would be the most popular student. All the guys would be Stooge-wannabes and all the girls would take turns dating him. Let's face it. I'm only cool by association.

Hey, anybody with a wookiee avatar has to be pretty darn cool. I mean, wookiees rule! Of course, so do little Yoda creatures, whatever they're called.

Nice idea Darth Draconius, really cool. Since you're the one with the idea, you should write a blog with your idea in it. People could comment and say they'd like to try. So, you make the list and post it. It'd be cool! I wouldn't mind taking a Thursday joke.

I've heard there are talks with a company on the Outer Rim for cloning plans. An army of lizard-monkey comedians could be dangerous, but these are desperate times.
