Well the last time I ranted about the overall quality of blogs being written was waaaay back at entry 35. That one unfortunately still applies, but I dare say the situation has improved a bit.

This little rant is much simpler and easy for the few of you violating it to fix

That said, this doesn't apply to all that many people. Most of them it does apply to are on 7 day trials and quickly fall off the map into the nethers of page 712 or so

Anyway, it seems a few bloggers haven't noticed that button on the left side of your blog...

"Blog Settings"

This allows you to most importantly. Change the name of your blog.
Many people accidentally name their blog (and description) as their first blog... This isn't good. Your blog name should either be a description of everything in that blog, or simply a catchy title. Or even a quote from one of the movies I suppose.

Not intentionally singling anyone out, but Obi-Tyler is the best example of this I think. A frequent blogger that simply forgot to change his title and description to something more suitable in the course of his 61 entries to date.
(If he changes the title, based on this blog or otherwise, the title was "Whats between Episode3 and Episode4?" and a description of that blog, his first)

Just in the interest of completeness the settings page also allows you to enable or disable comments across all of your blogs. It also allows you to choose whether people can email you directly or not. Although this does allow you to receive information directly from your reader it also runs the risk of spam email in one form or another.

Finally it allows you to delete blogs from your blog roll.

Quite a bit less vehement than my last rant eh? This isn't anything killing me, just a minor annoyance each time I see someone's blog named "Who created Anakin" instead of an entry named that... Well I suppose it's still annoying to see the 700th entry named that

Keep bloggin' even if I'll complain about the way you do it in entry... 105 let's say? I think I still have a few words to say about spell checking your entries... *Marks his calendar*
