Happy Easter weekend everyone! Hope it's off to a good start for all of you.

Last night on a whim I decided to make a Star Wars themed easter-something so I eventually came up with Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader ROTJ dueling eggs...

The battle began...

And raged on atop my Easter dinner table...

Haha I thought they were pretty good. They are just styrofoam eggs with cardboard feet and a paper helmet/hairdo. I want to do them a bit better so I can keep them!

Anywho I did a little bit more art lately...

Anakin Skywalker Episode 1 poster...which I'm meh about, doesn't really look like him, i think he's too tall. lol. *EDIT: I took out the link, I could not even bear to look at it anymore lol!

and Princess Leia ANH which I don't think came out too badly! I had a heck of a time with her hand. I'm just not a people drawing person I think.

And another thingamabob I did (I'm feeling pretty crafty lately) was a Star Wars bookmark haha. Now that I'm reading the novels now I thought I should have a good bookmark but couldn't find any I really liked online so I made one! It's two-sided of course..! 3PO and R2 didn't come out too well on the first side so I put them on the back and the two little orange circles are meant to represent the twin suns of Tatooine. It's a little raggedy since I cut most of it with an X-acto knife lol. I also pasted the paper onto cereal box cardboard so that it's strong! It was fun to make.
