Just two more. Oh god, this is going to be great!

Before they get in contact with the general governor to tell him about the tape, Chloe realizes that the tape is erased and Jack believes that Miles did it, so he goes there and almost crushes his neck, just like Vader Miles says that he's getting out of CTU because now he's working for the president. Karen, that's very disappointed with Miles, asks Chloe to try to restore the tape.
Immediatly after this they get word that Bierko escaped and has one last nerve gas cannister. Yes, it's their worst nightmare.
Their only option is to ask Christopher Henderson for help. He says he helps CTU catch Bierko if Jack helps him faking he's dead, like Jack did to escape the Chinese in the fourth season.
Christopher discovers that Bierko is going to assault a submarine that has lots of missiles.

Meanwhile, at the Presidency HQ, Logan sends a secret service agent to kill Aaron Pierce, since he will not help the president. Aaron is saved by Martha Logan that kills the bad secret service agent. Aaron asks Martha to get Mike Novick there.

When Logan calls those other guys that are superior to him they agree that Jack Bauer won't escape this time. (at the beginning of this episode Logan says Karen that Jack Bauer is no longer important and she can do whatever she wants with him.

The episode ends with Bierko and his men "taking care" of the whole submarine.
