The End. The 24th episode. What to say? Let's write the review then...
Aaron helps Jack Bauer enter the President chopper. When Logan enters the chopper begins the flight. While in the air Jack takes control of chopper and lands it on a warehouse. Jack arrests the President and checks if he's
equipped with guns and stuff like that. Then Morris O'Brian arrives and gives a computer and some material to Jack (because Chloe ordered him to do it).
Jack forced Logan to confess the truth in front of a camera to record it on the computer Morris brought. Jack says he's willing to shoot the President's head. But neither does the President confess nor Jack kills. When the Secret Services arrive at the warehouse they free the president and arrest Jack. At this point I really thought they were going
When Logan arrives at Washington for David Palmer's funeral Martha begins yelling that Charles killed David, so the President brings Martha inside a building and threatens to destroy her liife he she says again the truth: that Logan is responsible for killing David Palmer.
After this sad moment Logan goes outisde to say his speach in memory of the country, in memory of David Palmer.... (yuck for logan...)
At CTU, Chloe shows Bill Buchanan and Karen Hayes a recording of a conversation between MArtha and Charles Logan (the one where Charles threatens Martha). This scene was amazing. After all Jack did win the battle. At the warehouse he had hidden a mircophone in Logan's suit.
They call the general governor and let him listen to the recording they had. The governor demands the Secret Services to arrest the President. They did it after Logan finishes his speach. What a wonderful moment it was when Logan realized he was going to jail and Martha and Mike Novick do a pretty smile to him.
Jack Bauer is released and meets Audrey. Everything was OK. Bill delivers Chloe a photo of her with Edgar and she almost cries, so she goes home with her ex-husband. (will this mean a reconciliation?) Bill offers a breakfast to Karen and she accepts one for another day. (will this mean a marriage? loololol).
When Jack's with Audrey someone tells him that Kim is on the phone on the building near them. When Jack goes pick the phone some masked men grab Jack and take him! Audrey gets upset when Jack doesn't show up and realizes he was kidnapped, but the Secret Services couldn't find him.
The last scene of the episode is on a big ship that's on the ocean with Jack Bauer asking Cheng, the Chinese Consulate leader, to die because he's really suffer. Cheng's answer is:
China has a long memory. Did you really think that we would forget?

What a journey this was, heh? One of the best season the fifth. For me only the first was better than this. I think the good thing about this season was to revive some ancient cases. The appearance of Christopher Henderson and his relation with the CTU of the first season was great.
The bad ((but emotional) thing were the death of David Palmer, Michele Dessler and Tony Almeida.
Well, what to expect for the 6th season? Very suspense I hope and old characters from the old seasons. If Tony's dead I want Chase Edmunds to help Jack Bauer!!!
And what about Jack? Will he resist China's torture? May the Force be with him.
Ps: I only hope that the 6th season debuts as early here in Portugal as there in the USA.
