Annoyed at NO Customer Services at Starwarshop.com
OK I contacted them to ask them if I would have a problem at will call with my starwars breakfast at comic con. I gave them the order # and detailed question. Did I get a resonse? NO! I e-mailed again after 5 days, again after 2 days I finally get a response. The first response I got was for my second e-mail then a few hours later I got one for my original e-mail. Is there no quality control? Do they not have supervisors? Why the hell is there not a damn phone # to call and speak to a live person. Oh then the responses I got were so annoying! They asked me whether I used my e-mail to purchase the breakfast. OK, I gave them my order #. Shouldn't they be able to figure out the e-mail on the order by looking it up? So basically, i waited a freaking long time to be asked a stupid question. I have no recourse. I cannot call anyone to complain and they pretty much can doddle as long as they want!X-(
