Can and Will SW TFU, Beat Halo 3 sales records?

I was thinking... Since TFU is a pretty well anticipated game and Halo 3 has already made over 1,000,000 pre-orders, do you guys think that TFU can beat the wonderful FPS from Bungie studios?
