I recently came upon a website called Name Decoder. This site allows you to put in a name or word and it provides a cyborg-themed phrase that would have your name/word as its acronym.

After playing around with various names of friends and family, I tried our two favorite droids to see what came up.

I used Artoo and got this:

Artificial Robotic Technician Optimized for Observation

For Threepio, I got this:

Technician Hardwired for Rational Exploration, Efficient Peacekeeping and Immediate Observation

I thought both were fun and somewhat appropriate to each droid.

There is also a Name Decoder versions with Monster and Sexy versions. Be careful though, I spent way to much time putting in various names and words.
