A quick announcement. This weekend, I'll be attending ShaunCon XXV in Kansas City. ShaunCon is a small but long running gaming convention hosted by the Roleplayers Guild of Kansas City, LTD., of which I'm a founding member.

There will be a wide variety of RPGs, with some board games and other stuff thrown in as well. I'll be running some Star Wars RPG events. Sorry, no Star Wars Minis this time...my freelance deadline made it impossible for me to playtest a new scenario and I'm not a DCI judge, so I couldn't run an official tournament.

ShaunCon will also be featuring fellow Star Wars RPG author Owen KC Stephens. Owen is one of the creators of Saga Edition, as well as the original and updated Starships of the Galaxy, plus a lot of other SWRPG material for the earlier d20 editions. He's also a published D&D freelancer and former Wizards of the Coast employee.

But wait, there's more! Aaron Williams will also be attending. Aaron is the creator of Nodwick (long running comic in Dragon magazine), PS238 and Full Frontal Nerdity.


We will be around primarily Saturday and Sunday, though possibly Friday as well, so say hello if you come by. We'll also have an Industry Seminar at 6:30pm Saturday evening, where the three of us will talk about our products and experiences in the gaming industry, and take a few questions.
