Over the past few months, the Wizards of the Coast website has focused on lots of Minis news, previews and the regular Jedi Counseling articles. Starship Battles previews will be coming up soon, but in the meantime, one of my scenarios has finally surfaced: The Yuuzhan Vong Advance.

I say finally not only because the scearios have been an absent feature for awhile, but also because this particular scenario has been the works for a very long time. It was actually completed about a year ago, which is why it is focused on the then brand-new Universe set, as opposed to the more recent Champions of the Force and just-released Bounty Hunters sets.

Basically, the scenario was turned over, lost, forgotten, resent, edited, questioned, clarified, approved by the Lucas folks, then held back while weeks of previews and other articles took center stage.

On the plus side, Yuuzhan Vong fans have had enough time to acquire the required pieces for the scenario. Have fun!
