No, that' s not a sports score, just this week's updates at the Wizards of the Coast site. We're in the thick of preview season now....

Saga Edition Preview 3: If you want to find out one of the biggest changes to the RPG, you need to read this preview. It's all about the basics of how Force powers work in the new system. Force Feats and Force skills are gone, replaced by an extensive Use the Force skill backed up by a new Force system.

Alliance and Empire Preview 1: The first two previews for the new set are up: the Death Star Trooper (as seen backing up Lord Vader in the pic on this page) and Han Solo in Stormtrooper armor. In addition to the regular minis breakdown, the RPG stats are now the Saga Edition versions.

The wizards boards are really heating up now...everyone is in full analysis mode. Fortunately, one of the Saga Edition designers (WotC Rodney) and developer (WizO the Hutt) pop into the various threads to answer selected questions, clarify certain points and generally keep discussions from wandering too far afield. Keep an eye out for their posts.

And what's up with my previous post spending the past couple of days on the most popular blog list and (I think) on the main starwars.com page very briefly? Lots of people interested in Saga edition, or just my attempts at humor? Sure blog of the day helps, but not usually that much...
