Hey, the blog of the day landed on a Thursday. Often the best time for me, as I often update on Thursdays anyway due to the fact that it's the day Wizards posts their Star Wars updates.

Well, today is no different. In fact, it features the start of a new series showcasing how you can customize your minis. With a few sharp tools, glue and paint, you can reimagine (dissect) your precious collectibles, carefully cut (crudely hack) them apart and reassemble them into new poses or characters (hopefully without gluing your fingers together or accidentally making your carpet a new color) . Some people are very good at it, and those who paint metal minis should be well acquainted with the concepts to be presented in the new series.

As for my own work, my latest SW Minis Starship Battles scenario was posted last week (see previous blog post), and I've got a new one featuring the Alliance and Empire set all set up on my gaming table right now. The first playtest was promising. Once I'm sure both sides have a chance to win, off it goes.
