Star Wars is forever.
Star Wars has been enjoyed by many different kinds of people for generations. Anyone who likes action or drama will enjoy with this fantastic set of movies. The same can be said for people who enjoy romance or comedy, adventure or sci-fi. The Saga provides an overall encompassing of lessons for life and just plain enjoyment. Each movie ties in with each other and makes for the ultimate story. And although it might be enjoyable to find things we have never yet discovered in the movies, some of us could get a little carried away. These movies should be loved for what they are, and not criticized. Nothing in our world is perfect, but Star Wars is one piece of literature that can be pretty close to it.

Fans have come together to share their experiences with this great film series. They have brought a great sense of comradery out of the love for these special films. Anytime we hear the music, we think of Star Wars. When we hear certain musical pieces, I can relate to each and every event that occurs in the movies. All of these songs bind us to the Star Wars universe. Star Wars has become a great part of pop culture and continues to do so after the release of the final installment- Revenge of the Sith. Anything that can be collected is made with the Star Wars logo and theme. Darth Vader is the ultimate villain. Characters are household names, and quotes are widely known.

Many people think that the Original Trilogy was about Luke Skywalker, and the Prequels were about Anakin or Obi-wan. The truth, as many know, makes a great deal of sense. The Saga is about the rise, the fall, and the redemption of Anakin Skywalker. This is the reason that creator George Lucas will reject the creation of three sequels. The story of Anakin Skywalker is over. There is no more to tell. He is redeemed, and evil, as far as George is concerned, is defeated for good, and peace shall rule the galaxy once more.

Star Wars is a story of friendship, lessons, good, and evil. It is about a lonely boy who tries to find his way in the galaxy. It is about a master and an apprentice who help each other out. It is about friends being pitted against each other for personal gain. It is about a great man falling to the dark. It is about a son who tries to find who he is until he realizes what he is really called to do. It is about that son trying so hard to bring his father back, that he ends up bringing peace to the galaxy, but at the price of his father's life...

There are many lessons to be learned in Star Wars. As I'm sure all fans are aware of the contents of this blog already, there needs to be some reminder of how special this really is. These are not only movies. They are what binds the whole Star Wars fandom together. They have brought happiness to so many children and adults throughout the years. Generations have witnessed this fantastic collection of stories. I think I speak on behalf of all fans when I say thank you George Lucas, for giving us the opportunity to watch these films and be a part of its many events, collectables, and most of all- other fans. And although Revenge of the Sith was the final film, the Star Wars universe still has much to offer. With books, TV programs, and fan events, Star Wars will be kept alive. Star Wars is an exciting collection of movies, and will be enjoyed for generations to come. Star Wars will never truly die.

Not many things last forever.
Star Wars will last...
Forever.
