While watching The Empire Strikes Back yesterday, I noticed a couple of things in the final scenes on it's bridge. One is an error, and the other could possibly end up as a retcon.

When Admiral Piett tells the bridge pit crews to "Ready for the tractor beam" - look who's in the pit - Commander Nemet and Warrant Officer M'kae, from the Avenger - it's obviously stock footage from when Needa looses the Falcon, but it's flipped.

Then, after the Falcon escapes, we see Piett fearing for his life. An officer can be seen behind him. This officer is wearing a Captain's rank insignia - do I sense a retcon to make this Captain Kallic?
