Exotic animal study - the engineer
No one get mad - I'm an engineer by training, and it would be fair to argue, since birth. I enjoyed playing with Tonka trucks. I had no use for the Barbie dolls my relatives kept giving me at birthdays and Christmas. I took the first Barbie out of its package and after realizing that she wouldn't fit in the cockpit of my Tonka trucks, didn't open any more. They sat in a box that I trucked out every time that we were giving to charity. If there had been Ebay, I would have done that, too.

It was 20 years later that I learned you could make Barbie fit if you broke off her legs at the knees (a technician told me that). Too little, too late for me ]:)

I actually find engineer jokes amusing. You have to be able to laugh at yourself. Heck, everyone else laughs at me, I might as well have some fun, too!

So, years and years later, I stumble across the best cooking site ever for engineers. They have helpful pictures of what the various stages should look like, and they have flow charts at the bottom of the page that are way easier than wading through words to get the gist of the process. Look at the bottom of the recipe for brownies for an example.

I'm a chemical engineer, so I'm a born cook, but these recipes are SO COOL.

Thanks for reading!
