A long, long time ago in Long Beach, California, a 9 year old sat in a nearly deserted theater with her mother and watched a movie that would change her life. The second time we saw "Star Wars", we had to stand in line for 3 hours.

I'm a life-long movie fan and an avid reader, so the contents of my blog will probably consist mostly of book reviews. We'll see what happens.

Light Sabers R Us (OK, I was lazy and recycled an LJ entry) A vintage entry on the number of lightsabers of different kinds in our house. Note: I did NOT include any of the light sabers that come with action figures. I'm not sure I can count that high.
