Suggest a scene for a Sketch Card ...

For a while I've been pounding my sketchbook for ideas. I've just had some great feedback from someone who follows what I do.

I've had an idea... crazy... but... send me your suggestions for a sketch card. The best one, I will produce and post on the website. The winner will receive the actual hand-drawn sketch card from me. So visit my website and then I want you guys to submit ideas. The one I like I will draw and then post with the Name tag of the winner and the story behind the winning idea. Your email will not be displayed. I would like: Your first name, email address, what the idea is and why you came up withit.

I will be posting my request for contributions on Friday.

The Rules: my decision is final. There is no money involved with this competition. The cut-off time is at my discretion. Remember this is for fun.

date Posted: Jun 11, 2009 7:00 AM I hope I contacted you in the right place at your website. Great idea. I gave a couple requests with why I'd like to see them. Even if I'm not chosen, it would be cool to see those ideas come to fruition at some point.

Sounds like fun!

To be clear, are there any real rules? (For instance--is it limited to/do you not want it to be/ do you want... a scene from the movies, or Expanded Universe, or a scene that's never happened and is dreamed up? Any of the above?)

Also, are we limited to one request? Or is there a limit at all?

...I'm going to go ahead and submit an idea--if it's too early, let me know and I'll re-submit it tomorrow. And if I'm allowed more than one, then I might be back with another couple tomorrow!

It's a free for all - no limits funathon.

Rules: descency at all times. Cheekyness it good. But be creative and think about the why? I would like to show how fans really think about things. Is that a dark place to go? No Star Wars fans are cool people.

You can think about machines, transportation, planets, people, aliens, future, history, expanded universe, classic, clone wars, Old Republic, New Republic, Empire, Jedi, Sith, Bounty Hunters, Droids, funny-little-creatures-that-you-just-can't-remember-their-names-and-if-you-do-you-need-to-get-out., storm troopers, multi-dimensional space invaders. I don't mind. But keep it Star Wars for this.
