John Kriscfalusi has a blog!
The more I read artists' blogs the more excited I get to see what they're up to. As a huge fan of the now defunct animated TV series "Ren and Stimpy," I was super-excited to come across the blog of the show's creator -- John Kriscfalusi -- here.

It looks as though he just started his blog, which makes for interesting reading. His first two entries are about caricature drawing and beautiful people. His most recent entry goes into detail about making cartoons look like real paintings without having to actually use paint. Plus he goes into detail about the Flinstones cartoon box set that he worked on which included weird value-added material like rare commercials starring the Flintstones in the 1960s (smoking no less!).

He also shows off a couple of Spumco Comic Book covers!

His sense of humor shows through in his writing tone, and I wonder if he'll be breaking any animation news there.?!

Ahhh, Ren and Stimpy. I watched that show in 3rd and 4th grade. I was OBSESSED!. I would quote it all the time like jkthunder said and get in lots of trouble!:D

I haven't watched that show in years! I have been meaning to pick up the DVDs, a long with other shows that have great childhood nostalgia attached to them, like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

Wasn't there a new R & S series on Spike TV for awhile?
