Star Wars Saga Edition Lightsaber Battle Game
Alright, so I probably ask for advice on buying stuff more than most people, but... I come in need of help again. :8} Alas!

So... you know that Star Wars Saga Edition Lightsaber Battle Game: http://www.hasbro.com/pl/page.viewproduct/product_id.15970/dn/games/default.cfm
Well any ways I was wondering if it was a good game. Some people say it's real cheap (quality wise) and others say it's really fun. So what is your oppinion? Especailly to those of you who own it already- is it worth the money?

Thanks for reading & for all of your help!! Comments are welcomed. :)

The graphics are pretty cheezy, but the game is not! We bought it for our then-5 year old. We've also had other "bigger kids" play it when we have gatherings at our home, and several of our friends have bought the game for their kids.

It is difficult for the video-game impared like me. First you spar with a jedi, and learn skills that will help you with that particular level. Then, you face challenges within the level. We can't get past sparring with Obi-Wan on Level III of VII. I understand that Grevious, Vader, and your own clone troopers are waiting for you at higher levels.

continued comment:

Calibration of your saber can be tricky, but once calibrated for you, it works nicely. The thing that sits on top of the TV lasts for a while on one set of batteries. If the game starts acting strange, it's time to replace the batteries.

I was wondering about buying the Star Wars trivial pursuit game, but I don't have anyone to play with. Im the only one of my friends that loves Star Wars that much to play. Can you play alone. Would it still be fun?

I think that having a lightsaber be a control would be wicked. I mean like so totally cool.
Just joking, I prefer games that take a long time to play. Like ROME TOTAL WAR.

It's pretty interesting. My mom and I gave it to my dad for Chrismas. :) My younger siblings love it. (so does my dad) I haven't tried it yet. The lightsaber calibration is tricky. (you have to learn to fight in the direction of the motion sensor and not at the TV) Like nokeoi9 said, the graphics are kind of cheezy, but it's very entertaining to watch! :D

mmm really.. Thank you all for your comments, Im still interested in it lol :)

And mcfalcons15- Well I have the Trivial Pursuit game, and I must say that it is fun. But thats when Im playing it with my sister and my mom (who are also Star Wars fans, but not to the extent that I am) Anyways, it might be fun playing it by yourself, but it would be less of a board game and more of you asking yourself questions about Star Wars. Now that wouldnt neccesarily be bad, because when I first got it I read some questions to myself and I thought that it was fun just seeing if I knew the answers. So it depends if that sounds like it would be fun to you or not. Hope that helps. :D

My name is Alexander, and I am 5 years and 9 months.
I am a Jedi master and have defeated Darth Vader.
When he was choking me, I just kept hitting him.
Darth Vader was the hardest character to defeat.
