Obsessive Fanboy Eddie and his Timeline Chronicles

Hyperspace-travel-time-ommissions are great, to a certain point
Okidoki, I am currently in the middle of Dark Lords of the Sith for my day-to-day chronological breakdown of the Star Wars Timeline, and I came upon something peculiar. I know there has been much debate about forgetting about hyperspace-travel-times in favor of the flow of the story, but DLotS # 4 really freaked me out...

Exar Kun, who had been on Korriban (in the Outer Rim) was on Yavin IV the next day. That's no problem as both worlds are in the Outer Rim Territories AND in the same quadrant of the galaxy. And DLotS # 4 specifically states that only one day passed in-between these events (page 6: "yesterday, on Korriban...")

But what I find disturbing is that during these events, Ulic Qel-Droma travels from the world of Ossus (in the Outer Rim) to Empress Teta, formerly known as Koros Major, which is located in the Deep Core!!!! And I do not buy that, even if it enhances the storyline... If these hyperspace-travel-times should be omitted, what is the point in pinpointing the exact locations of the worlds in the SW Galaxy which has been going on in the past 10 years?

Anyways, when the Dark Lords of the Sith is uploaded to my timeline, probably this weekend, 11 days pass between Kun being on Korriban and arriving on Yavin IV, to give Ulic enough time to make a trip (in a freighter!) from Ossus to Empress Teta... (I will ofcourse make a sidenote of this whole situation to explain...)

Well, I just had to get that of off my chest...
