This blog isn't directed toward all fans of the original trilogy, just those certain few I know personally (co-workers, family members,etc.) that refuse to admit that 'Revenge of the Sith' is the best of the Star Wars series!

Okay, okay, so maybe my opinion doesn't make it an absolute truth, but then 'only Sith speak in absolutes' (sorry, just had to say it) But come on people, you cannot deny just how dramatic, dark and overly amazing 'Ep 3' is! I mean, it's got the best lightsaber battle (Anakin vs. Obi-Wan), the most amazing visuals (c'mon, the first 10 - 15 minutes of the Clone War battle scene is AWESOME!), and hey, you gotta admit, the Mace vs. Palpatine, Yoda vs. Sidious, Clone Troopers (order # 66) just made the film so much more to me than just 1/6th of the Star Wars series. I guess you might say I've waited 28 years for this!

But going back to my original statement regarding my fellow diehard 'Star Wars Trilogy' fans, I remarked that 'Sith' was so mindblowing and amazing, that it actually reduced the impact of 'A New Hope' for me. Not to say I've lost my love for the original, but 'Ep 3' just seems so much more intense... heck even more than 'Empire Strikes Back' (which was my all-time fav since it's release).

Anyway, that's all I have to say. Hoping to see 'Sith' again tomorrow (my third screening).
