A Mammoth Task!

What I am going to attempt, is to do the entire Star Wars Saga, back to back!

No! not the Movies, I've already done that. I'm gonna do the Books:

33 - 32 BBY ...Cloak of Deception.
32 BBY ... The Phantom Menace.
29 BBY ... Rogue Planet.
22.5 BBY ... The Approaching Storm
22 BBY ... Attack Of The Clones.
19 BBY ... Labyrinth Of Evil.
19 BBY ... Revenge Of The Sith.
19 BBY ... Dark Lord.
0 ABY ... A New Hope.
2 ABY ... Splinter Of The Mind's Eye.
3 ABY ... The Empire Strikes Back.
3.5 ABY ... Shadows Of The Empire.
4 ABY ... Return Of The Jedi.
4 ABY ... Truce at Bakura

I think thats all of them, the main 'timeline' one's anyway!
Anyone else know any more?

I admire your task. I've recently printed a timeline of all the EU books and I started with Cloak of Deception. I plan on going chronologically until I can't stand to read another SW book. I haven't read any EU before and someone got me Labryinth of Evil and I was hooked, so I thought I would start from the beginning. Wouldn't the tie in for Episode II be "The Approaching Storm"?

ugh - or you could skip truce at bakura and read courtship of princess leia (for the han and leia marriage part) or even better - just skip to heir to the empire.

you do in fact have a ton more books within the movie era, but youve chosen what looks like some of the main connective books.

here's a chance to promote the Novels of Star Wars blog page i did. its a chronological list of the novels only - no comics or games. maybe it will help you or anyone else out.

The main reason, or one of the main reasons, that I wrote this Blog is because the timeline that I wrote, was what I believed to be the Main Star Wars event storyline, and if anyone could shine some light on any that i'd missed, like The Dark Moose - Truce at Bakura, Darth Rex - The Approaching Storm and jkthunder - Heir to The Empire, could possibly be added to my timeline.

date Posted: Feb 14, 2006 10:00 AM i think you should end it with ROTJ....that is where it was intended to end...if you go into truce or courtship, you are opening up a whole nother can of worms.... BUT..... where are the clone wars DVDs? they are like 'buttah' in between EPII and EPIII....
