I know... I know... three blogs in two days. Obviously, a week's worth of vacation has re-energized me!

OK, quick rant. Ever notice how there is a lot of griping about how the Exanded Universe screws everything up? "It adds more inconsistencies to the Star Wars galaxy, and adds little more than pulp fiction," some say. Well, I got to thinking about this last night while mowing the law, and it dawned on me that the movies are just as big a problem - percentage-wise, not volume-wise - as the EU. I cite the one big example: who shot first, Han or Greedo?

So, I thought to myself, how do I react when I find something that's not quite right? How do others react? While avoiding a baby garter snake, I started putting together The Inconsistency Quiz, where everything's made up and the points don't matter.

(OK, so, my wife and I watched the Friday night three-hour marathon of the American version of Whose Line Is It Anyway the other night, and I've got Drew Carey's by-line stuck in my head. Too bad that the US version isn't anywhere near as funny as the British version. Of course, we laughed our butts off at the skit where Colin Mochrie was the field reporter, and they were showing clips of him on the greenscreen behind him, Poor Colin Mochrie... he has the same hair stylist I do.)
