No, follow me on this. The fanfic writers of the world get together and do 'audition' writing on any theme. The judges (Sue Rostoni and a few normal authors) choose a group to go through to the next round. Then, the judges give feedback each week to a round of writing on particular themes. The authors get coaching from EU writers and write their hearts out.

In the end, someone would get to be an EU writer without having to have a billion books published outside of the EU first.

I think we could find some really true talent out there.
