Costuming Made Easy
So, on Sunday while doing the weekly grocery shopping in wal-mart, i made my weekly trek to the fabric department to see if this years halloween costume patterns were in yet, because it was garunteed that there would be at least one Star Wars knock-off pattern.
First thing i notice? New books! :D
I started getting excited... then i flipped to the costumes section and let out a squeal of joy... the new patterns are actually pretty acurate!

Padme's AOTC White Suit and Aayla Secura (ok, so they didn't bother looking at the movie when setting up the model for Aayla... but cut the right sleeve off that shirt, modify the pants a bit, get lekku and paint yourself blue and you're Aayla! *insert happy noises of an aayla fangirl here* :D :D :D :D :D)

Mother and Daughter

JEDI ROBES THAT LOOK LIKE JEDI ROBES!!!!!!!!1 as opposed to this that we had to suffer with for the last 4 years which was still better than this 'Lord of the Stars' quasi-hybrid... .still not quite sure what all four of those are supposed to be ?:|
and a pretty good Tion Medon costume in there aswell...

and last but not least, found a pattern for the lavander nightgown worn in ROTS yesterday, but can't find a picture of it at the moment...

but all in all a very exciting time for costumers... easy accuracy! :D
