Entering High School was interesting. One of my electives is an all grade and age class. I hear kids talk, and I am absolutely appalled at what some say. And I am not thinking Swear words, I am talking how they can so casually talk about doing drugs, drinking and smoking. I see kids smoking daily during lunch, some who had been some of my first people who had treated me like a person when I can to Eugene. I see people casually talk about how stupid they had been with beer. I cannot stand it. I am growing up in a generation of people who are.....indescribeable....I see kids skip class almost everyday and seniors who are taking my (a freshmans) classes to just scrape a degree away.

The school is controlled by jocks. the school is notorious for the low level of academics (here's where the alias comes in handy) for jocks and what-not. I was put into an advanced program to escape the dreadful reputation when collage time comes. But I live in the hippy capital of the world (I really do mean that) and we have a lot or drugs. I hear people talking about the selling and buyings of drugs a lot.

But what is the future gonna look like? Even more drugs? will it become a common or even legal thing? anyway, just one part of my blog

As if to prove my point today, something happened today...
student elections....today, we had our class elections and the one who is almost garunteed to win's speech was a drunken waver talking about he was responisible for the job...the other two canidates (but did have much better speeches) weren't much better the 1st was a jock who talked about championships and stuff....the other was a "popular" girl who did a stretch of a "A is for Awesome" poem...I did not vote in protest.
