In this blog I've tried to make a roster of the height of characters and Droids. I've not included species without a proper average height, nor have I included huge Droids (Homing Spider Droid, Persuader Droid Tank, Hailfire Droid) or smaller Droids (INS-444, MSE-6, LIN, ASN-121, Sith Probe, etc...) with inhuman forms. The main sources have been the official databank, the official Fact Files and some WEG Galaxy Guides.

I've stumbled upon some heights that seem very dubious. The biggest problem concerns the height of See Threepio. Threepio normally measures 1,67m, but that is too small. Threepio is taller than Luke (who measures 1,72m, search for the pictures from the end of 'TESB'). So how can Threepio be 1,67m? I think they have just taken the height of Anthony Daniels, but Threepio is Threepio. There are also several other characters that seem to be very short.

(*) I think these measurements need to be adjusted because they seem too small.

(**) Palpatine is supposed to be 1,73m and Sidious 1,78m ... I think we need an adjustment here as well.

(***): Ree-Yee's height is another problem. Sources say that he's 2,20m (too high) or 1,60m (too small). When he stands next to Threepio in Jabba's Palace he's slightly higher, so I said he's 1,80m

(****): It's impossible that Threepio measures only 1,67m, because he's taller than Luke who measures 1,72m. So I've added 10cm myself which I think is more realistic than 1,67m.

(*****): According to sources Greedo is 1,80m. Why does he have to look up to meet Han's view in the Cantina? I gave him back his older height.
