And You Shall Be My Darth Squishy
Ten points to whoever guesses that quote.

;)

(you don't count Many_Voices21, You already heard about this a while back...)

On to subject again. Man, I like to divulge....

Has anyone thought up the connection about Jacen's sith-ly prophesy about 'the pet', and Tahiri? I mean, yes, before the last book there was all sorts of speculation about it and Tahiri playing the part. But I'm talking about serious connection now.

Think about it...

(sorry, Tahiri fans, I have to do this. Cover your ears if you need to.)
1. What is a pet?

It's something that depends on human beings to rely for food, shelter, and attention.

Fits that bill, alright. Maybe not the food as much, but definately the fact that Jacen's her shelter in the fact that in her mind she views herself as his only friend, AND she's addicted to going back in the past to see Anakin(:_| ) So in my mind that works.

2. What does a pet do, when an owner is endangered?

The pet, unless it's a cat, goes into full defence. (sp?)

Well. Yep, that one works too. Jacen's "endangered" by his own parents. So what does Tahiri do? Follows them around the galaxy, to get them out of the way for him. I'm sorry, (cover your ears, Tahiri fans) but Leia should have took the swing when she had the chance!

And, last but not least-

3. What does a pet do when it wants more attention, food, or consoling?

It goes back to it's master and begs....

MAN, I'm good! ;)
Yep, just think about that part when Tahiri finds any time she can to get in some more flow-walking....

So that's just my idea... And this is not meant to be any sort of Tahiri-bashing. She used to be one of my favorite characters. I'm just rather ticked the authors allowed her to become such a tool for di'kut Jacen. (man it would be good to see Jaina snag Jacen and let Fett toast him)

And that's not author-bashing either. That's just life. If we didn't like the characters at one time or another, then we wouldn't get attatched. And if we didn't get attatched, then it wouldn't be a good story, would it?

So Audios

And always remember, never look down the business end of a lightsaber hilt while cleaning it.

:D
