In KOTOR2, do you want Bao to wear something he can't? I am not telling you a cheat to get him to wear that stuff, because there isn't. Want to know why he can't wear Jedi Robes, Zeison Sha or Jal Shey armor, and Ubese Environment Suits of Armored Flight Suits? I'll give you two reasons:

The design of the armor/robes, because they might need to be taken apart.

The design of his fake arm.

I doubt you could even give him the heavy armor feat.

These can cause problems, even if you teach him in the ways of the Force.

If he hadn't lost his arm in the Mandalorian Wars, you could equip him with any thing.

But if he hadn't lost his arm, then you would never get out of the Telos Restoration Zone (TRZ).
